If you have reasons to suspect that an adult with care and support needs is experiencing, or at risk of abuse or neglect, please call Lincolnshire County Council's Customer Service Centre on 01522 782155.

Lincolnshire Police Pegasus System
If you have difficulty in using a telephone to access our emergency service, then you can use the Pegasus system to get in touch.
What is the Pegasus system?
Pegasus is a PIN number database that makes contacting us easier. The database holds your key details so that when you call in an emergency, you are not wasting valuable time. It also enables us to tailor the communication method to suit your needs.

Silent Solution
If you, or someone else is in immediate danger please call 999 and ask for the police. Silent calls will work if you are not safe to speak – use the Silent Solution system and call 999 and then press 55 when prompted.
If you can’t use a voice phone, you can register with the police text service, Relay UK - text REGISTER to 999.
