Bereavement Support Group - Louth

The Centre is now facilitating a bereavement support group. The group offers the opportunity to find comfort and support in a caring and understanding atmosphere with others who have similar expereinces. The group is concious that there is no time limit to grief, therefore they are open to all. The group invites indiviuals to talk, share stories and exchange coping strategies and support each other, every other Thursday between 1pm and 2:30pm.
