Concessionary Bus Pass

This bus pass allows all eligible over 66 years and disabled people to travel free on public bus services in Lincolnshire.

You can apply for a concessionary bus pass in a variety of ways:

  • Apply and renew a pass online using the online portal (for Older Persons applications and renewals)
  • Download an application form from the LincsBus website
  • Collect your application form from your local District Council office or library
  • Ring 0345 456 4474
  • Request an application form by emailing: Concessionaryfares@lincolnshire.gov.uk
  • By post: Concessionary Fares Team, PO Box 1305, Lincoln, LN5 5RT
Downloaded or hard copy forms must be completed and returned by post with the relevant documents and photograph to the address on the application form. New applications should be made via post no earlier than 21 days in advance of your eligibility date. Your pass should be sent to you within 10 working days upon receipt of an application.
