Age Care Advice

Age Care Advice offers person-centred care support and advice to a variety of service users and their families. We are passionate about the care of everyone, from vulnerable young adults to your elderly loved ones and supporting them in their own homes. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond for all those we support to ensure they get the very best care and guidance whilst being supported in their own homes. Our care teams are trained to a high standard and we work in a number of ways offering a range of care services from calls to your home, Live in Care, 24-hour care, complex care and many other packages to suit your loved ones needs.

Age Care Advice was founded in 2011 by Simon Jessop, a qualified independent Social Worker with over 40 years' experience, today we continue to offer our services across the local region as a professional group of dedicated local Care Teams. We not only offer the very best care for your loved ones, we also offer practical support, advice and guidance 7 days a week, 12 hours per day. Age Care Advice has won three awards, including the 2021 Social Care Award for Best Independent Care Coordination Services Provider – East Midlands.  Our care teams work across Lincolnshire predominantly in Stamford, Bourne, Grantham Sleaford and Spalding and we have a large area covering the Peterborough area.

The care we provide is not one size fits all, and as we start our journey together, we look forward to getting to know you and your loved one, understanding their likes and dislikes, their quirks and habits and what really makes a difference to their lives. After the initial assessment, we will work with you and your loved one to create a detailed care plan to ensure full person-centred care and support, promoting independence and choice. Our aim is to provide a unique service where the customer is at the heart of everything we do. By opting to receive care at home, you can maintain your independence and retain your own routine. Our role is to enable you to live your life as independently as possible whilst ensuring dignity, sensitivity and privacy.
