Trekstock Cancer Support

Trekstock is a UK charity that supports young adults in their 20s and 30s who are living with or beyond cancer. The service focuses on helping young people navigate the unique challenges that cancer poses at this stage of life from disrupted careers and financial pressures to emotional wellbeing and social isolation. Trekstock provides one‑to‑one support through trained professionals who offer personalised coaching and guidance tailored to the individual’s needs.

In addition to personalised support, Trekstock delivers practical assistance such as financial grants to help with costs related to cancer, including travel, living expenses and employment needs.

The charity also offers peer support opportunities, connecting young adults with others who understand their experience. Through workshops, events, and targeted programmes, Trekstock equips young people with skills to manage stress, build confidence, explore employment and educational goals, and improve mental wellbeing. Resources and information are also available online to help young adults and their families understand available support and next steps.
