Alford Dementia Support Group

Alford Dementia Support Group provides advice and support for those living with dementia and their carers in a relaxed environment.
The group meets on the first and third Wednesday of each month in the Alford Memorial Hall,  from 10am until 12noon.
Coffee and tea are provided with opportunites to join in activities, watch films or just relax and chat.
The group is also happy to have contact from anyone who would like to volunteer to help with the service.
