Using Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy we’ll work together to see how much sleep you’re really getting. Possibly look at your current keep a sleep diary. How long were you actually asleep? How many times did you wake up? Major causes of insomnia are stress, anxiety or depression so we’ll practice rapid deep relaxation techniques. Also with hypnosis and self-hypnosis, we’ll build confidence to relax and feel sleepy.
