Reading Force
Reading Force is a tri service shared-reading charity supporting the emotional wellbeing and resilience of all British military families – Army, Navy & Marines, and RAF – including Reservists and Veterans.
The charity provides free books and special resources for children aged 0-18 to help families read, chat, and scrapbook together. Taking part in Reading Force can improve communication and support families to stay close and connected, at home or away.
Reading Force also offers Book Clubs to adults – to make connections, share common ground, and reduce feelings of isolation. Volunteer coordinators are supported throughout by the Reading Force Book Club Ambassador.
