Ivy Light Therapy

Ivy Light Therapy is a trauma-informed, inclusive counselling and psychotherapy service offering compassionate, professional support for individuals, families, and communities. We provide a calm, welcoming space where clients can explore their experiences safely, whether they are navigating trauma, grief, neurodivergence, anxiety, relationships, or life transitions.

Our highly trained team of therapists works integratively, tailoring each therapeutic journey to meet individual needs. We draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, always rooted in empathy, trust, and collaboration. We support clients of all ages and backgrounds, offering both short-term and long-term therapy to meet a variety of needs.

In addition to one-to-one therapy, Ivy Light Therapy offers:

  • Specialist support for neurodivergent clients and families

  • Therapy for children, young people, and parents

  • Group therapy and psychoeducation programmes

  • Clinical supervision and CPD for professionals

  • Referrals from schools, GPs, and local organisations

We also offer a low-cost therapy service, run by our highly trained trainee therapists under expert supervision and supported by our qualified team. This self-referral service is designed to be accessible and inclusive - we won’t turn anyone away due to financial barriers.

Whether privately funded or accessing our low-cost service, every client receives high-quality, respectful care. We believe that healing is possible when people are seen, heard, and understood - and we’re here to walk alongside each client with warmth, skill, and hope.
