Supportive & Palliative Care Indicators Tool (SPICT)

The SPICT tools (SPICT and SPICT-4ALL) are used to help identify people at risk of deteriorating health and dying with one or multiple advanced conditions for a holistic, palliative care review and care planning. We find out what is important to people and their families, start early palliative care that is integrated with other treatments and care, and discuss future care planning.
