SKDC Safe Warm and Well Grant

For owner/occupiers over 65 OR those with severe/chronic health conditions who need to make essential repairs to stay safe eg heating repairs. Properties MUST be more than 10 years old and monies paid back if sold within 10 years, applicants must be in receipt of qualifying benefits.
