Alzheimer's Society Young-Onset Dementia Support Service Lincolnshire

Are you under the age of 65 and have a diagnosis of dementia? Known as young-onset dementia, a diagnosis at this time of your life can present a range of unique issues and challenges.

Our service offers one-to-one support to people who have received a diagnosis of young-onset dementia. Our Dementia Advisers provide information, guidance and practical support to help people understand their diagnosis, cope with day-to-day living with dementia and prepare for the future. We also support people to connect with other services for support in their local community. Our service is also available to friends and family members.
