Safe Places Mental Health Support Groups – South Holland (Tonic Health)
The aim of the meeting group is to provide people with a distraction from life, give them a safe space to chat and laugh together, and to inject some positivity into their lives in the hope that they leave feeling better than when they first arrived. All groups run at Tonic Health in Spalding.
Tea & Toast – Mondays, 10.30am to 12pm
Safe Places meeting group – Tuesdays, 4.00pm to 5.30pm
Craft group - Wednesdays 1pm to 3pm
Men’s meeting group – Thursdays, 11am to 12.30pm
Friday afternoon coffee - Fridays 2pm to 3.30pm
All groups are operating a booking system to comply with covid restrictions.
