The Network

The Network is aimed at helping young people 16–24-year-olds achieve their potential and access the support they need. Advice and guidance are available to help with employment, training, volunteering, apprenticeships, and more!
They offer one to one support to help young people to build their career confidence and achieve their goals. This support varies from person to person, with their approach adapting to the individual’s needs. They can help you to create an impressive yet honest CV, apply for jobs and prepare for interviews. Beyond that, they are happy to teach you the skills to manage workplace stress and know how to ask for reasonable adjustments that support you to feel confident at work.

They also offer volunteering opportunities, so if you would like to get your foot in the door in the Lincoln charity sector and find out how you can help people in your community, get in touch!
