NKDC Health Trainer
NKDC have retained their Health Trainer service. The Health Trainer is based at NKDC offices Sleaford and can work on a 1:1 basis to support people struggling with poor health/fitness. 6 FREE 1:1 sessions to set realistic goals, help to access relevant groups, clubs services and activities in local area. Also, help to manage weight and diet and support to cease/reduce smoke and alcohol.
