LACE Housing

LACE housing with care

We are a voluntary, non-profit making association with charitable status specialising in the provision of affordable housing and support services for older and vulnerable people across Greater Lincolnshire and surrounding area.

We remain committed to service excellence, providing well designed, safe, secure, good quality and energy efficient places that residents are proud to call home.

Housing with extra care

Housing with Extra Care is designed for older people who have support and personal care needs. Care and support services are provided within self-contained flats.

Our Housing with Extra Care schemes are built to a high design specification with additional facilities and support.

The accommodation is for older people who still value independent living and want additional security and support. It is particularly relevant to those who require more specialised amenities and greater support in retirement accommodation.

We currently provide 120 homes within three Housing with Extra Care Schemes in Lincolnshire:

Staying safe and well

A care provider is also on site during the day to assist residents with care needs and respond to emergency care requirements where a care plan has been agreed. The care provider has one member of staff on site during the night to respond to emergency care calls.

A 24-hour Care Team, commissioned by Lincolnshire County Council, enable residents to receive an appropriate level of care as and when it is needed.

Our support staff are available to assist residents respond to emergencies, encourage social activities, report and monitor repairs and maintenance work and ensure that our accommodation and service remain at a high standard.
