Hoarding Peer Support Group - Hoarding Disorders UK East
Are you, or is someone you know, struggling with an extreme build-up of items in your or their living environment?
Is this having a negative impact on quality of life or causing distress?
Up to 2 people in every 100 have a problem with hoarding or excessive clutter. This can be caused by challenging life events or mental and physical health issues. It can often run in families too.
You are not alone!
This welcoming and friendly monthly in person group, provides a safe, supporting and caring environment for people to meet, be encouraged to explore practical support and gain awareness.
Book your place by emailing info@mindspacestamford.com or call / text 07563 385273. And, if you need to ask any questions or chat it through with us before coming along, that's fine! Just get in touch.
Please note that this is a collaboration between Hoarding Disorders UK (East) CIC and MindSpace Stamford. Booking and administrative support are provided by the Mindspace team.
Monthly meetings occur on the second Thursday of month from 10:15 am to 11:45 am
