Tonic Health Men's Shed - Spalding
The Men's Shed is an all inclusive group mainly focused on men's health and wellbeing with a sideline of growing things and keeping bees.
It is a men only group which aims to encourage men to talk frankly about their physical, emotional and mental health.
Based on an allotment in Low Fulney, Spalding, the group meets twice weekly. Tuesday and Friday 10.30am to 12.30pm.
