Breast Cancer Now - Younger Women Together

Breast Cancer Now runs tailored support services for women and people assigned female at birth diagnosed with breast cancer who are aged 18–45.

Their flagship Younger Women Together programme offers both online and in‑person group support, bringing younger adults together to share experiences, access information and build peer connections with others facing similar challenges. Topics covered include relationships, fertility, exercise and life beyond diagnosis, with sessions facilitated by nurses and trained volunteers.

The online version runs as a confidential weekly series over several weeks, while in‑person events include one and two‑day residential gatherings featuring small group discussions and expert talks.
