Care Connex is a Home Care company based in Nottingham. We provide care and support services to adults who require extra support to undertake everyday tasks within their home as well as within the community.
We provide a person-centred approach, which means that the assistance provided to each individual is tailored to their specific needs as outlined in their care plan. We will support you with personal care and dressing, meal preparation, making drinks, keeping your home clean, grocery shopping, companionship, assisting you to attend appointments, and any other assistance you require to continue living in your own home. We provide services to clients such as Dementia, Alzheimer, Autism, Aged care, Cancer, End of life, Arthritis, Diabetes, Paralysis and People with Physical and Learning disabilities.
