St Barnabas Hospice is a local independent charity and every year they support more than 10,500 people across Lincolnshire affected by a life-limiting or terminal condition. They deliver free, high quality, compassionate end-of-life care and support to patients, their families and carers. They aim to enable them to live as fully as they are able for however many days, weeks, or months they have left.
Their Palliative Care Coordination Centre is the central hub in Lincoln. Please call 0300 020 0694 to self-refer to access their services.
They are a countywide service.
