Meet for a coffee and a chat at the Mablethorpe Memory Cafe every Tuesday, 10am - 12noon.
A peer support group for those individuals, carers and families living with Dementia or memory related conditions. Offering a safe space to share experiences and support each other. A relaxed space offering activities and refreshments and the chance to connect with others facing the same challenges
