Through the founders life experiences, and her finding yoga later in life, Inner Lifetime offers a range of classes to help you achieve this. The yoga classes include, Vinyasa, Yin, Heated, Heated Yin, Hormone, Restorative and Meditation - all designed as beginner friendly with intermediate options. Jade believes yoga is not just a form of exercise but a way of life and corrects common misconceptions of yoga philosophy throughout all classes.
