East Lindsey District Council (ELDC) - Homeless Team

Street Outreach Team - they work with each person to motivate them and encourage them to engage with their staff. The help offered includes not only help to access accommodation, but also support to access relevant services to ensure each person has access to the full range of support that they need. They work closely with district and county councils, police, multiple faith and community groups and other voluntary services to identify and support people sleeping rough. They can sometimes also assist with reconnection to the persons own area.
