St Barnabas BEAM cafe

Our BEAM café will offer a non-clinical, safe space for anyone in the community who is experiencing challenges with their mental health and wellbeing, who could benefit from a listening ear, peer support and links to other support mechanisms and services.

Supported by volunteers, our café is held on:

• Monday, 1.00pm - 3.00pm
• Tuesday, 12noon - 3.00pm
• Wednesday, 4.00pm - 7.00pm
• Friday, 6.00pm - 8.00pm (Night Light Cafe)

BEAMing Wellbeing Art and Craft sessions are held on Mondays 12noon – 1.00pm (limited spaces, on a first come basis). An additional session is held at Black Sluice Café (London Road, Black Sluice Lock Cottages, South Forty Foot Bank, Boston, PE21 7RA) Thursday’s 11am-12 noon.
