National Grief Advice Service (NGAS)

The National Grief Advice Service (NGAS) provides expert guidance, specialist-led activities, and a compassionate space for individuals and families navigating grief.

We are a charity based in Grantham; we offer grief support to individuals, families and children who are going through any type of grief. This includes grief through the death of a loved one, loss in self, loss of job/retirement, terminal illness and relationship breakdown. Grief can affect people if different ways and we are here to help and support you through the journey. Our Grief Wellbeing Centre offers a variety of support groups designed to help you connect with others and find comfort in a supportive environment.

Weekly support group schedule:

  • Monday: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM & 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM
  • Friday: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
  • Saturday (Family Sessions): 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
