Support for employers of past and present Armed Forces personnel (Reserves, Service-Leavers, Cadet Volunteers, Armed Forces Families).

Defence Relationship Management works to develop and sustain mutually beneficial relationships between employers and the Ministry of Defence, to support past and present Armed Forces personnel. This includes Reserves, Service-Leavers, Cadet Volunteers and Forces Families, all of whom bring sought-after skills and experiences with them into the workforce.

Key to our work are the Armed Forces Covenant and the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme.
