Are you over the age of 65 and worried about your memory, are currently being assessed for dementia, or have received a diagnosis of dementia? 

Azheimer’s Society Dementia Advisers provide information, guidance and practical support to help people understand their diagnosis, cope with day-to-day living with dementia and prepare for the future. We also support people to connect with other services for support in their local community. Our service is also available to friends and family members.
