Sleaford Housing Related Support

Sleaford HRS delivers housing related support in both sorts stay accommodation and through floating support to people with diverse range of need in North Kesteven. Some of the short stay accommodation is staffed 24 hours a day whilst some is located in small properties in the community. People will usually receive support for a period of three to six months.

We support people aged 18 and over who are homeless, vulnerably house or at risk of losing their accommodation.

Priority is given to young people leaving the care system and people sleeping rough. The ultimate aim of our work is to support people to gain the skills needed to live in dependently and fulfilled lives. We do this by working with a network of complementary service that act as both a safety net and platform for real and lasting change.
