Memory Lane Dementia Service

Memory Lane Dementia Services are provided by Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP). 

Our Dementia Day Service combines a safe and enjoyable experience for people with dementia, with an opportunity for the carer to recharge their batteries. The Day Service is suitable for those living with dementia who are able, with support, to enjoy spending time with others and taking part in activities, in a group setting. The service is run and managed by LHP within Mayfields Extra Care Scheme and supported by Age UK Lincoln and South Lincolnshire. The sessions run on Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am-4pm.

The Creative Arts sessions also run within Mayfields Extra Care Scheme, on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month. These sessions are funded by Boston Big Local and are free to access. This is a group for those living with dementia and their carers to relax and have some creative fun, chat and enjoy some refreshments. 10am-12noon. Lunch to follow the sessions can be booked in the restaurant onsite.
