Shine Cancer Support

Shine Cancer Support is a UK charity supporting adults in their 20s, 30s and 40s diagnosed with cancer. It offers tailored emotional and peer support, community connections and programmes that help young adults navigate the unique challenges cancer presents including work, relationships, mental wellbeing, and life after treatment.

Services include informal social meetups through local Shine Networks, online support via specialised Facebook groups, facilitated small-group programmes, workshops, annual events, and online resources that foster connection, shared experience, and confidence.

Shine also provides support for partners, family and friends and offers information for healthcare professionals to better meet the needs of younger adults with cancer.
