Good Mood Cafés provide a safe space where people can meet, share interest, skills and wellbeing tips.
It’s OK not to be OK. People who attend don’t have to be in a good mood to come along– but we hope everyone will leave feeling better than when they arrived.
Good Mood Cafes are free to attend and open to everybody. Refreshments are provided free of charge.
