One NK is a recently refurbished facility in North Hykeham, south of Lincoln. Customers have access to a fully equipped gym, 25m swimming pool with a flume, learner pool and kids splash zone. They run a range of sessions for the local community, such as a Swim School Program, over 30 fitness classes per week and host large sports spaces such as 3G pitches and sports hall. They run community interaction within the North Kesteven District; from performances in the Terry O’Toole Theatre, to climbing wall sessions and GP Referral scheme with GLL Healthwise.
