Veterans Fit Together
Veterans Fit Together is a free weekly support group for veterans, offering inclusive fitness sessions followed by a cuppa and a chat. Run every Tuesday at Lincs FitBox, the group has been a lifeline for over three years, providing structure, connection, and community for those who’ve served.
It’s more than just exercise, it’s about improving mental and physical wellbeing in a welcoming, judgement-free space. Self-run and proudly grassroots, we’re now looking to grow our community.
