SNAP Support Group

Snap is a friendly, inclusive, encouragement, advocating, signposting and well-being support group for any individuals with disabilities and additional needs- open to every age group, ethicality or gender. We also welcome and support all family members, friends, carers, Professionals, organisations, other support groups and churches who live with, care for or professionally support disabled, special or additional needs babies, children, young people and adults with disabilities and additional needs.
