Bob's Brainwaves Carers Help Pack

Bob’s Brainwaves offers information for those who are just beginning their journey of memory loss through dementia.
They offer a Handy Help Pack for Carers of newly diagnosed Dementia.
This pack helps carers to navigate their journey of memory loss by providing a range of useful information, downloadable forms, practical ideas for support and signposting contacts locally and nationally.
The aim is to save carers time and stress by putting everything useful together. 
The pack is provided free at point of diagnosis and given out in the Memory Clinics in East and West Lindsey and also at the Memory Cafes.
Bob’s Brainwaves is a charity and rely on donations to provide this service.
We are hoping to expand around all of Lincolnshire and will launch in Boston in the May of 2025.
