Community Connect – Mental Health Support - South Holland & Boston (Tonic Health)
Community Connect offers clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, bereavement, loneliness, and isolation the opportunity to meet with a Community Connector in a cafe and chat over a cup of coffee.
The aim of Community Connect is to help improve the client’s self-confidence, emotional health and wellbeing, and to reduce their isolation.
