Assist Lincs

Assist is a free service 1-2-1 Support: We provide support to anyone over the age of eighteen years irrespective of gender, sexual orientation, religion, or ethnic background. We can visit you at home, but we can also help you get out and about to enable you to rebuild your confidence. Assist provides one to one support to people who are lonely; people who are recovering from illness or accident; and people who need help to get back 'on their feet' after a setback in life. We can assist you to obtain help from other services or accompany you to an appointment where you feel you need some support. If you just need a listening ear, then we are here for you.
