Safe Places Virtual Café - Mental Health Support - South Holland & Boston (Tonic Health)

A facilitated weekly meeting group over Zoom, that closely follows the Safe Places face-to-face meeting group format, where people are encouraged to socialise virtually.
The Safe Places Virtual Cafe allows for flexible participation and gives opportunities to people who may not be able to access a face-to-face meeting group. It also gives a degree of anonymity which people new to Safe Places may initially prefer.
Fridays 4.00pm to 5.30pm – Invitations to the meetings are sent to the client via email, WhatsApp and Messenger.
