Voluntary Centre Services (VCS) - Lincoln

Voluntary Centre Services exists to provide support and advice to both individuals and community and voluntary organisations across its three operating districts in Lincolnshire. They offer 1:1 support for individuals to volunteer and connect with their community, alongside advice for community groups to help promote and sustain their activities.

As well as operating accredited Volunteer Centres in Lincoln, Gainsborough and Sleaford that deal with over 2,000 volunteer enquiries each year, we can offer help to anyone wishing to set up a group, funding advice and access to news and networks in the voluntary and community sector.

We work in partnership with NHS and social care services, Public Health and the Lincolnshire West Clinical Commissioning Group to offer social prescribing in the west area of Lincolnshire.

Our role is to enable health and care professionals to connect people with community services and opportunities that support wellbeing. We also offer a variety of projects across the west area of the county that support people and their communities in different ways.
