Age UK Lincolnshire 24/7 Response Service
Their Response Service can be used if you do not have family or friends nearby who can be called when you activate your Telecare alarm. You may also prefer to have a service available independent of your family and friends. Their responders are on hand 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year and aim to arrive within 2 hours of your alarm being activated. They can attend to offer support in a range of situations including non-injury falls, to offer reassurance, or attend to urgent basic lighting and heating issues.
