Parkinson’s Service (LCHS)

The Parkinson’s specialist service provided by Lincolnshire Community Health Services, provides information, advice, and support to people with Parkinson’s living in their own homes or care homes. 
Support is also given to carers, families and other health or social care professionals, involved in their care.
Appointments can be face to face (in clinic settings or at home), by telephone, or video consultation.
