Men Matter - Lincoln Counselling Centre

Men have always been reluctant to ask for help or to make use of counselling services and we hope to help change that.

It is ok for men to find life difficult, no more 'man up' or big boys don't cry, men have emotions and fears and they have a right to express feelings without being judged.

But men find this difficult and we hope to help change attitudes and by doing so save lives, far to many men end up suiciding because they feel it is not manly to admit that they are struggling with life or that they have mental health issues and we hope we can help.

We have experienced counselling professionals who are here to listen, we do not judge. Whether it’s your career, your relationships, or anything else that’s important to you, we will help you develop the habits and skills to effectively deal with the challenges and emotional moments you may encounter in life.
