Movement 4Memory Spalding is a social meeting group for individuals living with early-stage dementia and their carer(s). Sessons starts with seated exercise by a qualified trainer followed by refreshments and a different activity each week, such as flower arranging, tea parties, talks from local organisations and much more.
We meet every Wednesday, 1:30pm - 3:30pm. It costs £5.00 per person with certain activities at an extra cost.
Our building is accessible and all on one level.
