Workers Educational Association (WEA)

The WEA offers educational courses across the whole of Lincolnshire in a wide variety of areas and subjects. It promotes life-long learning. The WEA receives public funding and this funding supplements the course fees paid by students and sponsors. Funding is usually only available for people who are 19 or over. You are entitled to free tuition if you are in receipt of certain benefits. In addition to this, there are some funds to help with course fees for those who are not on an income-related benefit but have a low household income (usually below £20,000 per year).
