Art as Therapy, is a free, weekly art group offering a relaxed and supportive space for anyone affected by cancer to connect, express themselves, and explore their feelings through creativity.
This is a free, weekly group for anyone touched by cancer – patients, survivors, carers, family members or friends. It’s a relaxed and supportive space, where people can come together, connect with others who understand, and use creativity in a safe environment, to express feelings and process emotions. No art experience is needed at all.
Mondays, 5:30pm – 7:30pm (term time only, excluding Bank Holidays)
The group is friendly, and welcoming, and encourages promotion of mental wellbeing
