Horncastle Memory Support Group provides advice and support for those living with dementia and their carers in a relaxed environment.
The group meets weekly every Thursday at Sellwood Gardens Community Centre, Horncastle from 1.30pm until 4pm.
Coffee and tea are provided with opportunity to join in activities, watch films or just relax and chat.
The group is also happy to have contact from anyone who would like to volunteer to help with the service.
