Lincolnshire Early Years Alliance

The Early Years Alliance is the largest and most representative early years membership organisation in England. The Alliance is a registered educational charity which represents 14,000 member settings and supports them to deliver care and learning to over 800,000 families every year.

Alliance provision in Lincolnshire includes:
• Delivery of the Best Start contract in Lincolnshire’s children centres which includes: high quality early years sessions delivered in all children’s centres across the county; and a skills development service which support families with children aged 0-19, helping parents to understand their skills, and supporting them into volunteering, adult learning and/or employment.
• Training workshops and consultancy support packages for early years settings in Lincolnshire.
• Crèche Provision - providing high quality childcare to enable parents to access training or attend parent forum meetings.
• Nurseries that have been established locally so that children under five and their families can benefit from a range of services and support when they need it, in a convenient location that reflects the needs of the community. These include Seashells Day Nursery Mablethorpe, and Happitots Community Pre-School Skegness.
