We provide a safe space for emotions to express themselves, helping individuals understand how feelings manifest in our bodies. Our approach encourages emotional expression through thoughtful responses rather than impulsive reactions, all while creating a beautiful piece of art.
Grief Fairy Houses Workshops offer a platform for sharing experiences related to grief and discovering new ways to navigate emotions in daily life. Engaging in art while expressing and listening can help the mind, body, and soul absorb information in a different manner, breaking the cycle of grief that often feels stagnant. Allowing grief to have a voice can alleviate the mental loop that contributes to feelings of being stuck.

Women's Womb Art Workshop is a space for women to express themselves and find their voice in areas where they feel unheard—be it from loved ones, professionals, or due to a lack of information about the challenges women face daily. This workshop addresses the emotions stored within the womb that can lead to pain. By creating a supportive environment, we can release these burdens and walk this journey together, hand in hand.

Back to Nature Kids Workshops focus on the idea that children learn best through play. What better way to explore emotions—how they present themselves in ourselves and others—than through art? Children are our greatest teachers, if only we take the time to listen. These workshops provide little ones with a voice for their emotions.

We also hold one to ones on Wednesdays for a more personal space for you to be held solely.
