Telecare Lincolnshire (Wellbeing Service)

Telecare can be used to support older people, those with long term conditions, disabilities or mental health worries. Telecare can tell when there is an emergency in someone's home and when they need assistance. Telecare uses a range of sensors either worn by the individual or placed in the home that can alert the local monitoring centre 24 hours a day.
